The agreement between you and us when you buy a drop. Written to be read, not to be skipped.

We sell downloadable wallpaper packs — collections of image files supplied in desktop and mobile sizes. Nothing physical is shipped. Every product page states how many wallpapers are in the pack, the resolution and the file format before you buy.
Preview images on this site are compressed for the web. The files you receive are the full-resolution originals.
Payments are handled by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. That means your contract for the transaction is with them, and their terms apply alongside these. They handle payment processing, invoicing and any sales tax or VAT due in your country.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any tax applicable to your location, which is calculated at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
An order is accepted when your payment succeeds and we send your download. If we can't fulfil an order for any reason, we'll refund it in full.
Files are delivered immediately after payment, by email and through your account. Downloads don't expire and there's no limit on how many times you can re-download a pack you've bought.
If a download fails or a link doesn't work, email us and we'll send the files directly.
Under UK and EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online. That right does not apply to digital content once the download has started, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you'd lose the right to cancel. You give that agreement at checkout.
This doesn't affect our refund policy below, which is more generous than the law requires, or your legal rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
If a pack isn't what you hoped, email us within thirty days of buying it and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within five working days, and are processed by our payment provider.
We may decline a refund where there's clear evidence of abuse — for example repeated purchase-and-refund of the same pack.
Buying a pack gives you a personal licence to use the wallpapers. It does not transfer copyright, which stays with us. The full terms are set out on our licence page, and they form part of these terms.
In short: use them on your own devices for as long as you like; don't resell, redistribute or repackage them; ask us if you need a commercial or team licence.
Please don't attempt to access files you haven't paid for, interfere with the site's operation, scrape it at a scale that affects other people, or use it for anything unlawful.
We may suspend access if any of that happens, and we'll refund any unused purchases if we do.
We'll take reasonable care to make sure the files work as described and are free from defects. If something we supply is faulty, we'll fix it or refund you.
We're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything on this page.
We may update these terms — for example if we add a product type or change providers. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you ordered. Material changes will be noted by the date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
